Dakota Content Providers Offer a Day of Curriculum-Based Programs by Video

North and South Dakota K-12 schools are invited to join us Tuesday, May 5 for a day of curriculum-based content programs delivered by video. Students will learn in-depth details on topics specific to the Dakotas and will have an opportunity to interact with experts and receive curriculum materials.

Each school may choose up to five different programs for their classes. Programs will run continuously from 9:30 a.m.–2:15 p.m. Central Time. Schools can remain connected to the event throughout the day and allow individual classes to choose the programs most relevant to their curriculum. Teacher materials will be provided for each program. Participating sites are eligible for prize drawings of additional content programs.

To participate, complete the online registration by May 1. A fee of $50 per site registers your class for up to five different content sessions. Registration is not complete until fees are received by EduTech. There's a maximum of three interactive sites for each program, so register early!

Technical Requirements:

  • Confirm access to a H.323 videoconference unit and reserve the unit/room for your site participation on the day of the event.
  • Participating sites will be connected by MCU by Information Technology Department of North Dakota.
  • Complete a test call if needed, to ensure quality video/audio connectivity for the event.
