Jazz 1,2,3 Videoconferencing 2010

Join leaders in K-12 videoconferencing to learn structures for student projects and collaborations. Utilize web 2.0 tools such as Skype, Flickr, Google Docs, Moodle, Twitter, Facebook, SecondLife, wikis, and blogs. Participate with other states such as California, New York, Ohio, and across Texas.

Major Goal:

To move forward with using Web 2.0 tools and networking with others to utilize videoconferencing possibilities.

Participants will:

  • be exposed to various resources for videoconference connections such as content providers.
  • learn videoconference etiquette.
  • experience videoconferencing while collaborating on a VC Project.
  • utilize Web 2.0 Tools.
  • utilize content management systems. (Blackboard and Moodle)
