Changing Your Profile

When you move from one school to another or changes job titles, you need to update your account to reflect the current information. Examples include:

  • A student moving from an elementary school to a middle school within the same district
  • A student transferring to a different district
  • A teacher becoming the school principal
  • A teacher taking a job in another district

In each of these cases, you must log into the User Resources page and change their User Profile. To do this follow these steps:

  1. Visit the User Resources page.
  2. Once logged in, you click on User Profile Change. To verify your identity, you will be asked to log in one more time.
  3. Follow the steps to select your current county, city, building, and user type.
  4. The Building Facilitator of the school you just selected will be asked to validate any changes you make.
