Requesting Static IP Addresses
You may need or want to request static IP addresses for file, print, and web servers located in your school. Making this request is simple:
- Have the MAC address(es) on hand for the network card(s) you’ll be assigning static IPs. If you need help finding these, please refer to the Finding MAC Addresses page.
- Fill out the Static IP Address Request Form and submit it online.
- Your request will be fullfilled within two days
Requesting Additional Bandwidth
Video and other technologies can consume a large amount of your school’s Internet bandwidth. If you would like to request additional capacity, extra T1s can be ordered for a reasonable monthly charge (PDF). Contact John Gieser at john.gieser@sendit.nodak.edu to begin the process.
