PowerLunch is a component in PowerSchool which allows schools to track the school lunch program. PowerLunch can process applications for enrollment into proper student lunch status (free, reduced or pay), establish student and adult meal prices, maintain student and staff lunch balances, serve meals using a simple pricing structure and help track school lunch program information for submission to ND DPI. The cost of this workshop is $90/per school, not $90/per participant.

EduWeb is the next generation of Web hosting from EduTech. Using EduWeb, a school district can engage all of its teachers, staff and even students in creating and updating Web pages.

Electronic Portfolios are a creative way to organize, summarize and share artifacts, ideas and information. This workshop will focus on ways to organize, assess and document student growth through the use of electronic portfolios. Various software applications will be explored.

Participants will export fall enrollment information from PowerSchool and import into STARS. Participants should attend the PowerSchool and DPI Fall Enrollment Prep workshop or have previously attended one of the PowerSchool and DPI workshops.

This session is for new administrators of districts who are currently using PowerSchool. Participants will learn search methods, student screen navigation, group functions, how to maintain schedules and create reports. The new administrator must have a user name and password created for them before attending this session. Participants will be training in their live environment.
