Planning for next year?

Contact me to set up a connection with Australia and your students over video for next year! We have recently done three connections with Andrew Howard and they were well received. He has informed me that he is willing to do one a month next year. The content is wide open. He has many connections in Australia. One for sure can be animals of Australia and the cultural and environmental differences between there and where we live. Call, e-mail, or leave a comment for me so we can brainstorm some possibilities!

They gave us hands on experiences with wikis and blogs. They also emphasized many reasons for encouraging teachers and students to blog and use wikis. The reasons they gave were creating communities, self expression, authentic experiences, improving literacy, and engaging students.
