Support Guide
EduTech’s goal is to facilitate support for PowerSchool in the most effective and efficient manner possible. Please use this document to determine the best option for support issues.
Implementation Period
During the implementation phase (approximately 2 months) the school contact person may directly phone or e-mail the EduTech staff person leading the implementation. Allow time for a response, the EduTech staff person may not be able to give an immediate response due to work commitments, travel time, illness or other conflicts.
Following Implementation
Following implementation, all support questions should go to your school contact person first. If the school contact person is unable to provide support, they should pursue one of the following support options as appropriate:

The EduTech Help Desk can provide support on technical and server problems Server problems will be routed to the Information Technology Department Help Desk.
The EduTech Help Desk cannot provide immediate responses on how-to and application issues. These issues will be logged and routed to the appropriate staff person and a response will be delivered to you within 24 hours.
Release Notes
The school contact person should read release notes carefully and pass important details onto users in their district. The release notes are distributed on the ND PowerSchool list and documented on the ND PowerSchool website.
Statewide and Mini User Groups
Administrators, secretarial staff and teachers are all invited to participate in the statewide and mini user groups. The users groups provide support and information for PowerSchool users on a regular basis. See the EduTech Powerschool website for information,

Login with your customer number as the login and changeme01 as the password
To find your customer number go into PowerSchool. Choose system > system settings > server licensing. The customer number is at the top next to the license key. It will read like: US2003ND000.
