The End of the Year process is used to promote students from all schools on the system one grade level. The End of the Year process also sets each student&#8217;s exit date according to the last day of the school year and carries forward lunch balances and clears all financial lunch activity records. This process needs to be completed before a new school year can begin. The cost of this session is $100 per school district with a limit of four attendees per district.
