Update on Live Surgical Suite: Total Knee Replacement Interactive Videoconference

Due to an overwhelming response EduTech is no longer accepting requests for the surgical knee replacement as all slots have been filled.

Five North Dakota K12 schools (grades 9-12) will have a rare opportunity to observe a live knee replacement surgery by interactive videoconference. Will your school be one of them?

Available for North Dakota schools, EduTech has purchased a group slot for COSI's Live Surgical Suite event scheduled for 12:15 PM - 1:45 PM CST on April 22, 2009. Schools will be registered on a first come/first served basis - contact your EduTech Regional ITS today!

Surgical Suite connects students to a LIVE Total Knee Replacement surgery in which students will have many opportunities to ask questions of the operating room staff throughout the surgery.

Teachers are sent a kit of materials prior to the program. In the kit, teachers will find materials to conduct both pre-and post-visit activities, along with booklets for the students to use during the program.

Program Fee: $125 (payable to EduTech by January 15, 2009)
