Secure e-mail has arrived and is in full use at EduTech. Beginning October 7th, no matter how EduTech e-mail is accessed, you can be assured that your connection is secure.

Why Did EduTech Secure E-mail?

Before EduTech secured its e-mail, usernames and passwords were not protected in any way. With the unsecured setup, there was a chance that hackers could obtain usernames and passwords if e-mail was checked at school or home. And they could easily obtain account details over an unsecured wireless connection at a hotel or coffee shop. Now that you are connecting securely, hackers are unable to read your password while you are sending or receiving e-mail. Your other e-mail accounts may not be secured, but your EduTech account is.
