Reminder to Check/Update Your EduTech Account Information

Please take a few moments to log into the EduTech User Resources area and update your User Profile. This ensures that your account is identified with the correct school and grade or user type. Incorrect information in your User Profile can cause your account to become locked.

When you move from one school to another or change job titles, you need to update your account to reflect the current information. Examples include:

  • A student moving from an elementary school to a middle school within the same district
  • A student transferring to a different district
  • A teacher becoming the school principal
  • A teacher taking a job in another district

In each of these cases, you must log into the User Resources page and change your User Profile. User Resource links are found either on EduTech’s Web page under “Quick Links” or within your EduTech e-mail account under the “Options” menu.

To change your user profile follow these steps:

  • Visit the User Resources page.
  • Once logged in, click on User Profile Change.
  • To verify your identity, you will be asked to log in one more time.
  • Follow the steps to select your current county, city, building, and user type.
  • The Building Facilitator of the school you just selected will be asked to validate any changes you make.
