Critical Security Update
There is a critical security vulnerability in Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, and 2003. It would appear there is a chance that Windows NT 4.0 could also be affected. All users must IMMEDIATELY apply the updates made available by Microsoft on Tuesday, August 8. Compromised machines may result in the school being disconnected from the network. This has the possibility of being Blaster style attack that cause massive network congestion. Also included in the updates are fixes for Power Point that is being exploited as well.
